Privacy Policy

Last updated 10 October 2026

At CoreGen, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard information when you visit our website and use our services. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not access the site.

Information we collect

  • Personal information you give us when you apply or register, such as your name, clinic details, email address and telephone number.
  • Information our servers record automatically when you use the site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system and access times.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider; CoreGen does not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Patient information that a clinic submits to place an order, such as the patient’s name, contact and delivery details and the prescription.

How we use information

  • Create and manage your clinic’s account.
  • Process orders through state-licensed compounding pharmacies.
  • Email you about your account or orders.
  • Manage payments and other transactions related to the service.
  • Respond to support requests.

Patient information is used only to route, fulfil and track the order it belongs to.

How we share information

We share information only where it is needed: with the licensed pharmacy that fills an order, with service providers that operate the platform for us, and where the law requires it or to protect rights. We do not sell personal information.

How we protect information

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. Every account uses two-factor authentication, and access to patient information is logged. No security measure is perfect, but we work to keep your information safe.
